About Us

A E J P Surveyors Ltd is an independent firm of surveyors based in Winchester and Reading offering a range of residential surveying and valuation services in and around Hampshire and Berkshire.  The company has been established for over thirty years and offers a wealth of experience.  It employs two surveyors: Anthony Petersen FRICS MBEng, Chartered Surveyor, who founded the business; and Paul Morton MRICS MCMI, Chartered Building Surveyor, who joined the firm in 2002.

In addition to residential survey work incorporating full building surveys, Homebuyer reports and restricted surveys/specific defect reports; we are able to provide advice concerning historic and Listed buildings, valuations for probate, insurance and market price; and advice to businesses at the start and end of lease agreements such as condition schedules and dilapidations claims. We also advise in the case of Party Wall matters.

We also provide an architectural and planning design service together with obtaining Planning and Building Regulation consents, building works specification, competitive tendering and contract administration.
