Schedules of Condition

We can prepare Schedules of Condition on leasehold properties owned by an investment owner prior to issuing a lease in which the tenant occupier is responsible for maintenance, repair and improvements.

A variation on the Schedule of Condition is a Schedule of Dilapidations, which is usually prepared by a surveyor acting for the freeholder in order to ensure the leaseholder undertakes appropriate repairs under the terms of conditions of the lease.
